At Gym Shop, we want to ensure your gear supports your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed apparel and equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your training standards, we are committed to making it right through a swift refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Gym Shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective seals on equipment remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
